2.2 Service Availability

3. Fees and Payments

Access to HumanAI:Doc requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You, as the licensed healthcare professional, remain solely responsible for:
- All clinical decisions and patient care
- Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content
- Ensuring documentation meets regulatory and institutional standards
- Maintaining the standard of care required in your jurisdiction
6.2 No Medical Device Status
HumanAI:Doc is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It provides information retrieval and documentation support only.
6.3 Limitation of Warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC CLINICAL NEEDS.
7. Linked Sites and Third-Party Services
HumanAI:Doc may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We do not control these external resources and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.
8. Intellectual Property

HumanAI:Doc and all related software, algorithms, and technology are protected by intellectual property rights owned by HumanAI:Doc Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data for 30 days after termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANAI:DOC INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Relationship of Parties
You and HumanAI:Doc are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.
